1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777bp website at 777bp.app, creating an account, placing a wager, or using any feature of the 777bp platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of 777bp, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

777bp reserves the right to enforce these Terms at any time and against any user without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the definitive and authoritative text.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 777bp platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any wager on 777bp, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players across Bangladesh without exception.

777bp takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by 777bp will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to use 777bp:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming are not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering an account or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of 777bp or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from 777bp under a self-exclusion agreement or administrative closure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

777bp reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account if, in its reasonable judgement, any of the above eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777bp. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777bp employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be closed and any balances may be forfeited at 777bp's discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering an account on 777bp, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must not use a false identity, another person's identity, or any misleading information during registration. 777bp may cross-reference the information you provide against identification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777bp username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 777bp will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777bp support at [email protected] immediately.

777bp strongly recommends enabling all available account security features, including OTP (one-time password) two-factor authentication where offered, and setting a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777bp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport)
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account, bank statement)
• Source of funds declaration for large transactions

Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. 777bp will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on 777bp is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 777bp reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, subject to notification via the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the 777bp account, unless an exception has been approved in writing by the 777bp support team following identity verification. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders from fraudulent withdrawal redirection.

Before a withdrawal is processed, any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance must be fulfilled. Attempting to withdraw a balance that includes active bonus funds prior to meeting the wagering requirement will result in the withdrawal being declined or the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

777bp is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or financial crime. Transactions deemed suspicious may be flagged, delayed, or blocked. 777bp reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required. Funds deposited on 777bp must originate from legitimate sources owned by the registered account holder.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 777bp are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for reviewing all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. 777bp will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that the player made an error in selection or stake amount.

5.2 Game Integrity and RNG

In the event of a sporting event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, 777bp will settle affected bets in accordance with its standard event-void policy, which returns the stake to the account holder.

5.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect bet being offered or confirmed, 777bp reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. 777bp's decision in such matters is final. No player shall benefit financially from a clearly erroneous price or a system fault.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers available on 777bp are subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. General eligibility requires that the account holder: (a) has a fully verified account; (b) meets the minimum deposit threshold specified in the offer; and (c) has not already claimed the same promotional offer under a different account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a 777bp account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be approved. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Any player found to be abusing the 777bp bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, using arbitrage strategies to extract value from bonus terms, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus forfeited, and 777bp reserves the right to close the account and withhold the real-money balance pending investigation.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

777bp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a verified account at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of credit, subject to the fraud and abuse provisions above.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777bp platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game, match, or event
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events offered on 777bp
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or the 777bp back-end infrastructure without authorisation
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions in bad faith after receiving the benefit of a deposit
• Using 777bp in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations binding on the user

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 777bp will suspend or permanently close the account, void any outstanding bets, forfeit any bonus balance, and may withhold the real-money balance pending a full investigation. Serious cases may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 777bp account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests are typically processed within three business days.

8.2 Administrative Suspension

777bp reserves the right to suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it suspects or identifies: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; a failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; a security risk to the account or the platform; or any other circumstance where suspension is deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of the account holder.

8.3 Permanent Closure for Breach

Where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, 777bp may permanently close the account. In such cases, any bonus balance will be forfeited. The treatment of real-money deposits will depend on the nature of the breach — where fraud or financial crime is involved, balances may be held pending the outcome of an investigation or a legal process.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to 777bp for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. 9. Limitation of Liability

777bp provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and circumstances beyond our control (including telecommunications failures, force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bp shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the 777bp platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate
• Any loss arising from a sporting event cancellation, postponement, or result that differs from a user's expectation
• Any technical failure of a third-party game provider that affects the outcome or availability of a game session

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777bp's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. 777bp strongly advises all players to bet only with money they can afford to lose. The platform is provided for entertainment purposes and should never be used as a source of income or as a means of resolving financial difficulties.

10. Amendments to These Terms

777bp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777bp will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where practical, we will provide advance notice of significant changes via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 777bp platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
